Our management is accomplished financial and business executives who bring a partnership approach delivering technical experience and business acumen for the highest level of quality service.

Lisa, founder, President and CEO, brings thirty years in-depth experience in business planning, financial management, accounting, system optimization and internal audit.  Prior to joining Billiken, Lisa was a national partner with a Big 4 public accounting firm, and held executive/corporate officer positions for publically traded companies. Lisa companies achieve long-range goals through business financial planning, transaction analysis and integration, process improvement and business infrastructure services.  Her experience spans across an industry spectrum including oil and gas, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, technology, construction and government. 

Lisa serves on several private and community boards, including the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau. She is a CPA and Certified Internal Auditor and active in professional organizations including the AICPA, IIA, Texas Society of CPAs and the NACD.

 

Thanh, Executive Vice President and CFO, has twenty years experience focused on management and financial reporting, including: implementing financial accounting standards, SEC reporting rules and disclosures, financial statement restatements, IPO assistance, regulatory compliance (Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Single Audit Act) and process effectiveness. Her experience includes a wide range of public and privately-held organizations within the oil and gas, health care, professional services, industrial service and  public service industries.

Prior to joining Billiken, Thanh held senior management positions with a Big 4 CPA firm and developed an internal control and audit function for a global energy company. Most recently, she led the local Financial Reporting Risk Management practice for an international risk consulting firm. Thanh, a CPA, participates in many professional organizations, including the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.
